Punta Del Mar is a fully furnished self-catering townhouse, located on the river front in Blue Water Bay, and just a 2 minute walk from the beach.
The townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. All of the bedrooms contain a TV with DStv. The main bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom contains a shower and also features a washing machine.
The open-plan kitchen and living area overlook the river. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a kettle, microwave and a toaster. The wooden dining table and chairs seats 8. The lounge area contains a flat screen TV with DStv. The townhouse has braai facilities in the front, overlooking the river and the ocean, as well as an additional undercover braai area. Lock-up garage parking and undercover parking is provided.
